The Sieben Welten Hotel & Spa Resort in Künzell is looking for a deputy reservation manager (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time to organize the reservations department. The role includes maintaining reservation systems, channel managers and booking portals, creating and calculating packages, handling complaints, as well as individual and group reservations including duty roster planning. Further tasks are advising on and selling packages and wellness services as well as securing occupancy of the hotel and spa resort at an exceptional hotel location. Requirements are a completed training in the hotel trade, tourism or another service profession, at least one year of professional experience preferably in reservations or front office, and solid IT skills.
